To contribute to the entire spectrum of marketing activities for the business:-
Online Marketing
Assist in refreshing content regularly and in updating the website
Contribute to creating and managing microsites for strategic partners
Co-ordinate with online agencies and internal IT teams to ensure smooth functioning of the website and any other online projects
Work towards developing and managing the social media initiatives of the Business
Media Relations
Contribute messaging ideas in line with business needs
Coordinating with the UK PR agency, communicating messaging ideas and ensuring consistent media coverage
Provide content in the form of article writing, developing story ideas
Develop new and build on existing media relations in USA, Dubai and Far East
Assist in widening network of online media presence
Regular reporting to the group marketing team

Background
Today the Indian Capital market requires the inclusion of a wide base of retail investors to counter the volatility caused by the inflow & outflow of foreign money on which we have excessive dependence. Indian middle class savers largely share the capital market (only amount 2% of the salary savers participate). Only through a process of personalized education can they be attracted to join the capital market via Mutual Funds etc. To ensure the delivery of “Investor.Education@home” and facilitate investments, NML proposes to achieve this goal through this unique Internship Program.
Unique Characteristics of N-fap
The practical training is based on the application or use of the acquired knowledge in Financial Planning. The unique feature of the program is that the students will be acquiring practical experience.
The unique characteristics of NIP program are stated as under:
Regular Mentoring: Experts (to be designated as ‘Mentor’ and could be derived from IDBI Intech) in the field of the financial and capital market will be hand-holding the Students in identifying potential clients and meeting them and taking them through the Education program.
Learning & Skill Acquisition through Field Work: Students will have to deliver an elementary financial literacy workshop to the potential clients at their respective homes (financial_literacy@home). The students will get a clear idea about the basics of Financial Planning & Advisory. Students will also assist the clients in completing the basic requirements to invest in certain financial instruments (like PAN and KYC) and obtain the code number.
Training to be a true Financial Advisor: Another unique feature of the Program is that the students will not be responsible for any direct sales to the clients. They would be truly acting as Advisor to their clients. In case the investor wants to invest, Mentor will help in enabling the Investor to select right product and close the transaction so that the Investor gets 360 degree service.
Collection of important data on potential clients
After meeting the respective client, the student will fill a standard Questionnaire Form to collect details of the client and also his/her investment behavior. This questionnaire will help in unraveling the investment behavior of the client and will help in profiling him/her. This can be used to sale various financial products to the clients.

Position - Social Media Executive (3 Openings)
Job Description
Primary roles are, but not limited to:
* Execution of online research and management of social media profiles
* Online research of Social Media tools
* Execution of online campaigns outlined for a specific client account (e.g.
Initiating social conversations, set up and management of a blog on behalf
of client, etc).
* Full ownership & management of client accounts assigned (range from FMCG,
energy, real estate, hospitality, banking, CSR, lifestyle, etc)
* You will build & manage online relations with bloggers, editorial teams of
relevant portals, influencer profiles in twitter, social networks, etc.
REQUIRED SKILL SET
* Candidate should be degree educated up to level of Bachelors in a
communications oriented discipline;
* Past experience in communications-oriented sectors will be a bonus (e.g.
PR, advertising, DM) – this can either have been achieved through
internship, placement, full employment etc;
* Qualification in SEO or SEM would be an added bonus;
* Basic understanding of some social media tools e.g. blogs, social networks
(Facebook, Orkut, etc).
* Strong writing skills
* Ability to use all Microsoft tools (Word, Ppt, Excel, etc)
* Ability to use at least one image editing program (e.g. Photoshop®) would
be an added bonus
* You should be an excellent communicator with confidence in sharing your
ideas, liaising with clients and the rest of the team as well as
contributing to the wider knowledge base for WATConsult.com
* Demonstrated use of some use of social media tools outside of work – e.g.
have a blog, active on Orkut, Facebook, YouTube etc
Salary to be based on candidates current CTC and his potential and passion
for social media
