1) Profile Summary
The incumbent would be part of the Business Research team, which supports the strategic and tactical needs of global organizations. The Business Research team works on company profiling, industry research, knowledge management, creation of research portals, and quick consulting assignments. A typical day for a Business research associate could include helping a Fortune 500 company identify growth opportunities in a given sector, analyzing competitor strategy, identifying sales opportunities across prospects, studying a country’s economy, consumer research through blogs, among others.

2) Job Responsibilities: The incumbent will have the following responsibilities:
Secondary research based on the tactical and strategic information needs of the client
Research and collate relevant information; abstraction and writing of collated information based on specific client requirements
Preparing client deliverables in Word/PPT/Excel
Will be in charge of
Daily service operations
Delivery
Quality control
Fulfilling Quality Management (QMS) requirements
Interact regularly with Project Manager and team members
Opportunities to get involved in other activities, such as streamlining processes, knowledge management, etc.
g. Conducting secondary & primary market research for preparing reports comprising of market trends, Business Research, Company Profiling, Market Mapping, Market Sizing, Sales Intelligence etc.
