MPA Financial Services Limited is promoted by a group of qualified professionals having vast experience in the field of Corporate Advisory, Project Advisory, Private Equity, Private Placements, Mergers & Acquisitions, Take-over, Financial Re-structuring, Cross Border Funding and Debt Syndication. We are SEBI registered Category I Merchant Banker. The company provides customized solutions to client’s financial problems. We deal with the Corporate & Mid-Corporate Segment all over the country and are among the best in the business. We are also empanelled with State Bank of India as financial consultants.
Promoters of MPA are also on the board of banks, stock exchange and listed corporate in individual capacities appointed directly and also at the instance of financial institutions, imparting valuable advisory services in the field of finance, legal, mergers & acquisitions and future growth plans.  LOAN SYNDICATION
Arranging Term Loans and Working Capital loans. This takes place in a series of steps as under (solely carried out by MPA)


 Analyze the pattern of the client’s cash flows, based on which the terms of borrowing are defined.

 Prepare a detailed loan memorandum and Term Sheet, which is circulated to various banks and financial institutions inviting them for showing Expression of Interest (EOI).

 Banks then negotiate the terms of lending on the basis of which, final sanction is done.

 Thereafter, disbursement proposal is lodged with the banks after due diligence for disbursement and legal compliance.

 OVERSEAS OPERATIONS
MPA is very active in overseas operations. It has its wholly owned subsidiary in London. We are engaged for various Mergers & Acquisitions in Singapore and Canada. In addition to this, we are also engaged in establishing deals for acquisition of Coal Mines, Palm Oil Plantations, etc.

ORGANISATIONAL STRUCTURE

Profiles of the managerial personnel are as below:-

1. PRAKASH B. NIMBALKAR - Chairman
A hardcore banker/development banker having four decades of experience, who started his career with the Reserve Bank of India, from where he moved to IDBI and thereafter to SIDBI (Small Industries Development Bank of India), where he last worked as the Chairman & Managing Director. He is actively engaged in advisory capacity to banks and Institutions. He has an in depth knowledge of all facets of the financial sector and the capital market. He was a Director on the Board of Directors of IDBI bank Ltd., the United Western Bank Ltd. (Merged with IDBI Bank Ltd.) and on the Board of Advisors of Bank of America. He was also a Director on the Board of Assets Care Enterprises (Assets Reconstruction Company), Director of OTC Exchange of India and the Chairman of OTC Securities Ltd.

2. ASHOK KUMAR JAISWAL – Managing Director
A science graduate with a gold medal in mathematics, from Benaras Hindu University and a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, he also holds a graduate degree from The Institute of Cost and Work Accountants of India. He is the promoter of the company and in his two decades of experience, has guided the company all throughout. He handles the portfolio of Corporate Advisory Services which includes Financial Structuring, Project Advisory Services & Debt Syndication.

3. RAJESH CHHAOCHHARIA – Executive Director
A Commerce Graduate from Kolkata University, having completed articleship from M/s. Lodha & Company, Chartered Accountants, Kolkata and is a Fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He heads the Southern Regional Operations of the company and with his 15 years of experience has been a driving force to the organization. He is actively involved in Project Advisory Services and the Capital Market.

4. CHANDRA MOHAN BAHETY - Director
A Commerce Graduate, 1st rank holder from Kolkata University, a fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, he is also a Fellow member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. With 16 years of experience in the field, his contribution to the company’s work has been an immense advantage. He is actively involved in Project Advisory Services including Debt Syndication.

5. LAKSHMAN GUPTA - Director
A Commerce Graduate from RVS College, Bokaro Steel City, he is a Fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and is actively involved in Project Advisory Services & Debt Syndication.
